As our products are hand made in small batches, there may be some slight variations from batch to batch, although we do adhere to strict conditions. All products are labeled with all ingredients and use by dates if applicable. We only use natural emulsifiers and preservatives in our product, therefore we suggest you keep your Mascaras, Lipots, Lipgloss, Liners and Skincare products out of direct sunlight and store in a cool place. Because we keep non active ingredients to a minimum, heat may effect the viscosity of product in the skincare, so we recommend that in warmer weather you keep your skincare refridgerated or in a very cool place to prevent separation. If separation does occur simply shake well. This will not change the effectiveness of your product. Our powder pots have no preservatives or emulsifiers. Please remember that rare individuals may experience irritation from even natural product, if this occurs please Stop use immediately. We also have a 100% money back guarantee, if your purchased product does not meet requirements as we have specified, return the unused portion to us within 14 days of purchase for your choice of a refund or replacement product. PAYMENT:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DIRECT DEPOSIT, MONEY ORDER, CHEQUES. Goods will not be sent until funds are cleared. The full cost of orders will be charged before being dispatched (this may not occur on day of order) Shipping and handling will be applied to the charge.

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, we do offer postal insurance at your expense if requested.

TURN AROUND TIME:
The turn-around time for orders under $100 is generally 2-5 working days. For larger orders it can take up to 10 business days depending on what has been ordered. Our products are handcrafted after you place orders, this way all your items will arrive fresh and will give you a longer shelf life.
